The cataphoresis process is obtained by connecting the piece to the negative pole of a rectifier and the positive pole to the dialysis cells located in the tank. This way, we get the electrodeposition of the paint on the piece. This technique provides unique characteristics that allow the homogeneous coating of the piece and provides a finish and final quality that could not be obtained with other systems.
It is important that the paint tank is at optimum temperature. The after washing is done in ultrafiltration tanks.
Reticulation and cooling: After electrodeposition of paint, the part is introduced into a reticulation oven. In case of having large-mass parts, a prior preheating of the oven is convenient.
