LOIRE SAFE, the biggest Spanish manufacturer of hydraulic presses, is based since 1962 in Hernani. Its main activity is the design and the production of hydraulic presses, servo presses, press hardening/hot stamping lines and lines of presses as well as the automation/integration of presses. Their references in all Europe show that well known customers trust in the company. Recently LOIRE SAFE has developed and manufactured a mechanical servo press. In addition, LOIRE SAFE staff has recently implemented INDUSTRY 4.0 in their hydraulic press lines. This additional service provides a complete range of information through the analysis of data on each line of presses in order to detect alarms and potential solutions. Also through this data analysis, the LOIRE SAFE R&D Department is focuses on identifying and defining the main fields of improvement in which greater productivity-quality will be obtained.
