CONFIANZ is a business consultancy and advisory firm with offices in San Sebastian, Bilbao and Madrid, with 45 professionals on staff and more than 400 client companies throughout Spain.

We provide recurring advice to companies on accounting, commercial, tax and labour matters.

We also provide special services such as: legal restructuring of companies (mergers, spin-offs, segregations and holding companies), business succession consultancy, valuation and sale of companies.

The main focus of our work is to help companies protect real estate assets, preserve financial surpluses, reduce operating risks, optimise legal structures, improve access to bank financing, optimise corporate and personal taxation of partners, formalise agreements between partners, provide recurring strategic, accounting, tax, labour advice, and implement the business succession alternative that best suits the needs of the company (family succession, sale to employees or managers, search for investment partners, merger with another company, sale to third parties…)
