TradeLawManagement (TLM)

TradeLawManagement (TLM) is a network of lawyers and consultants specializing in international trade matters, including trade defence (anti-dumping and anti-subsidy cases), sanctions and embargoes, customs classification, rules of origin, valuation of goods, or access to third markets, among other areas. It also litigates disputes before national courts, the EU Court of Justice, the WTO, and the International Chamber of Commerce.

Its head office is in Brussels, Belgium, where EU trade and customs law is developed. This location provides direct access to the European Commission, which plays a central role in the administration of EU trade law. TLM has a direct presence in Spain and Italy as well. It also maintains a wide network of connections within and outside the EU to address any international trade issue affecting companies.
