AUTOPULIT WILL PARTICIPATE AT THE #BIEMH2018, PAVILION 1, STAND H-11, PRESENTING ITS LATEST INNOVATION

AUTOPULIT – Maquinaria para el Pulido Automático, S.A. from Sant Fruitós de Bages (Spain), one of the leading European producers of automatic machines and robotic cells for polishing, belt grinding, deburring and micro-finishing metal pieces, will participate at the BIEMH 2018 Fair, pavilion 1, stand H-11, presenting its latest innovation.

Our actual technology is used for weld dressing with abrasive belt and finishing, for different parts: sinks, ovens, different kinds of appliances, soap holders for bathrooms, napkin dispensers, sinks, toilets and cold tanks for buffet in stainless steel. Their flexibility allows to achieve short and repetitive series with a configuration that makes possible the future incorporation of new elements.

The development of such equipments for stainless steel parts has allowed us to open a new field of preparation of parts for painting, which gives us very good ratios with quality results and efficiency at the same time. We obtain much more constant finishings by industrializing a task which represented a very hard job for the operators to do it manually, since it supposed physical wear in an dusty and noisy environment. Typical parts can be: electrical cabinets, electronic dispensers, turnstiles, parking meters, etc.
