COMETEL CELEBRATES ITS 35TH ANNIVERSARY

Cometel celebrates this Wednesday, December 21st, its 35th anniversary. The Gipuzkoan company based in Elgoibar intends to continue promoting its activities in new markets with the development of a strategic internationalization plan.

The company began oriented towards the manufacture of chip extractors and auxiliary equipment for machine tool manufacturers through the activity of companies in the area.

Thanks to the close relationship with customers and trying to meet the needs of the market, it developed its product by designing and manufacturing chip transport and treatment systems and installations for the extraction of press cuttings, becoming a leading company in the sector.

Along the way, Cometel has made several changes that have helped it become the brand it is today: internationalization and entry into new markets, change in management, change of image, and digitalization projects, among others.

In the coming years, the company aims to grow in the size of projects without losing its essence, maintaining a close relationship with its clients and being a benchmark brand in the circular economy.
