Cometel will show a solution for the distribution and treatment of metal chips of different alloys for their subsequent revaluation, ensuring their correct storage and avoiding contamination between them at all times.
Thanks to this new solution the customer gets:
- Revaluation of the chip. On the one hand, the alloys are stored separately free of contamination, and on the other, a reduce in the humidity of the initial chip is achieved.
- Lower investment. A single investment for multiple alloys.
- Recovery of coolants or cutting oils for possible reuse.
- Total automation of processes.
It is a facility aimed at all sectors where machining processes of different high-value alloys are carried out, such as aeronautics.
Instead of proposing an independent solution for each alloy, Cometel proposes a single treatment station that is capable of valuing the different waste separately and automatically, significantly reducing the investment to be made by the customer.
The process is as follows: when pouring the chip, the operator must indicate the material to be treated on the panel. Once ready, the chip is transported to the treatment process, where it will be crushed and centrifuged. Once its humidity is reduced, it will be deposited in the corresponding big-bag by means of a manipulator.
This new solution guarantees the customer to obtain high-quality waste, and given the current rising situation of raw materials, their value is more important than ever.
