COMPLETE GEINSA PAINT AND PENETRATING LIQUID LINE FOR INNOMAT COATINGS

In the constant innovation line of the Basque company, Innomat Coatings, Geinsa has planned and installed a complete surface coating line, at its facilities in Mallabia (Vizcaya), to be used to apply paint and penetrating liquids. 

The company Innomat Coatings was created by Estalki Corporation XXI and the technology centre, Cidetec.  It is specialised in innovative surface treatments with the aim of fostering the use of alternative materials or improving the surface properties of materials already used. The corporate mission requires them to maintain a continuous effort in the research and development of new treatments.

The equipment incorporated now includes the following elements.

* A booth to apply penetrating liquid and paint to plastic parts.
* A booth with water filtering system for inspection and developing with ultltraviolet.
* A booth for application of developing powder with its respective paint application equipment.
* A polymerising oven.
* Overhead step-by-step motorised transport system in oven.
* Two overhead manual transport systems in booths.

The initial project has constantly evolved thanks to the close customer-manufacturer collaboration, so the installation will adapt exactly to the customer’s needs.
