CY-TIME WILL DISTRIBUTE LAZPIUR’S PIN INSERTION AND ELECTRONICS MACHINES IN CHINA

The Beijing company has until now provided the commercial service and technical support for Lazpiur's inspection machines in China.

Lazpiur has reached an agreement with Cy-Time so this latter provides the commercial service and technical support in China for pin insertion and electronics machines produced by the Basque company. For six years now Cy-Time has been the Lazpiur distributor for inspection machines.

With this broadening of the collaboration, the company, which has its headquarters in Bergara, Gipuzkoa, seeks to extend operations in the important Chinese market, where the company has now been settled for some years.

Lazpiur's operation in the Chinese market extend beyond selling high technology machines. The company considers that it is essential to provide appropriate and close after-sales service. "Other companies sell a machine but there is nobody available to travel and check it in case of problems. In contrast, when Lazpiur sells a machine the company will provide any service required at a later date. Whether here, in Germany or in China. This is a trait that sets us apart from competitors", the commercial department at Lazpiur explained.

To be faithful to this principle, it is essential for the Cy-Time workforce to have an extensive knowledge of Lazpiur machines. For this reason, several employees of the Chinese distributor have travelled to Bergara in recent weeks to find out first-hand about the operation of Lazpiur's pin insertion and electronics machines, and receive training and obtain the relevant approval to provide technical support.
