DIMECO PRESENTS AT THE BIEMH ITS NEWLY DEVELOPED “LINACUT®” FOR LASER CUTTING FROM COIL - HALL 5, STAND E11

The Dimeco company, specialized in the design and manufacture of flexible lines for the production of parts starting from sheet metal coil, has developed an innovative solution for "nesting" and laser cut for parts starting from coil, one advantage that entails higher flexibility and reduction of waste.

The machine integrates a 3 KW fiber laser and allows savings of more than 10% of the waste compared to conventional laser cutting systems. The size, width, and thickness of the material to be processed are custom made for each client and the unloading of parts can be manual or automatic, allowing a running time of up to 8 hours of work without operator. Laser cutting complements Dimeco’s flexible punching coil solutions.

The manufacturer is currently undertaking an expansion process, with projects in the world of LED luminaries and unique applications for the manufacture of shelves, profiles for solar captors and automotive parts for internationally renowned manufacturers.
