GEINSA CLEANING BAND AT HIGH SPEED SYSTEM FOR SIEMENS

The R + D + I of GEINSA, has developed a system for cleaning coils at high speed on request Siemens Vai Metals Technologies, SA, for the Light Alloy Co. Ltd. Shandong Nanshan Aluminiun company, located in China.

The project arrived from the need of providing a reliable and efficient technique for degreasing in flat at high speed and taking the smallest space possible. Always covering safety and environmental requirements for the company, and increasing the energy efficiency of the installation.

The installation includes a brush machine for removing most of the dirt, a rubber squeeze rolls to ensure the removal of water, a special neutral 3M rollers in the last stage to ensure the final quality, two direct contiguous blows in V shaped (Chevron), to achieve optimum drying temperature and a suitable temperature for the next process.
