This system guarantees precise production calculations for a uniform, high quality finish despite the geometric variations inherent in the manufacturing process of the parts.
A measuring device that allows the verification of the real dimensions of each part, prior to the grinding process, correcting the deviations derived from the welding process or metal sheet manipulation.
Automatic workpiece fixture recognition allows random processing of different workpieces/references. The main concerns of our customers are the difficulty in finding qualified operators/professionals for refinishing, quality variations and manual processing times.The automation of the process with an AUTOPULIT robotic cell guarantees a constant finish and quality as well as cycle time, enabling production planning and achieving a significant cost reduction. AUTOPULIT robot cells are easy to use; only one operator is needed to run the machine.
To date, there are installed robot cells for weld dressing and finishing for parts such as parking meters, industrial cabinets, ticket dispensers, access controls, extractor hoods, oven fronts and doors, car doors, truck bumpers, self-service vats, soap dispensers and hand towels, dishwasher housings, stainless steel sanitary ware.
