GEINSA, TREATMENT AND PAINTING OF STEEL PARTS

Tafame is a company located in Peralta (Navarra) dedicated to the production of metal components from the sheet metal transformation for various sectors such as wind, electric, lifting and vending.

The Navarrese manufacturer relied on GEINSA for the acquisition of a surface treatment line with nanotechnology products and paint drying. The installation consists of 5-stage treatment tunnel, humidity drying oven, paint polymerization oven and aerial conveyor.

In this installation, the pieces are moved by a Power & Free aerial and introduced into the treatment tunnel. The reverse cascade technique has been used, in which the discharges from each stage are directed to the preceding one.

In the last ramp, a contribution of pure osmotized water is applied to guarantee in this way a maximum final quality in the pieces. As a final stage, an innovative fogging treatment with nanotechnology products takes place.

At the entrance and exit of ovens, air curtain doors and sliding automatic doors have been installed, to prevent the escape of heat to the outside. Likewise, active hoods have been installed for air aspiration during the automatic opening of the doors controlled by PLC.
