GEMINIS WILL PRESENT THE NEW SMART HMI AT #BIEMH2018

GEMINIS will be present at the BIEMH with a large booth along with the other companies of Grupo Maherholding.

The three product lines will be displayed at the BIEMH (GT, Multiprocess & Railway).

Visitors will have the opportunity to see a GEMINIS Horizontal Lathe of the GT line (Mod. GT5) focused on the 4.O Industry and equipped with a new HMI developed by GEMINIS with the following possibilities:

• STATUS MONITOR: machine status monitoring system (temperature, consumption, etc.)
• MES: monitoring system and manufacturing process management in the workshop, with the purpose of optimizing production processes.
• Tool manager.
• Integrated Maintenance Plan.
• Integrated User Manual.
• Drawings display.
• Special machining cycles. Measurement cycles, machining cycles “Lebus” thread, grinding cycles, etc.
• Diagnose cycles. Monitorization of the bearing status, monitorization of the gears status, etc.

They will also be informed of the SMART Applications developed by GEMINIS connected to the 4.0 Technology.

Furthermore, it will also be possible to see the capacities of the different machining processes which can be implemented by GEMINIS in the MULTIPROCESS machines.

Finally, the latest developments for the RAILWAY sector will be presented.
