More and more companies are beginning to consider the possibility of including thermal treatment of parts in their processes. This step involves a series of advantages, such as complete control over quality, shorter delivery times, lower costs for part transport to treatment centres and flexibility in part production.
International companies have already included it
The Spanish company GH Induction has launched a new family of vertical induction machines, the TVK line, to help small and medium-sized companies integrate thermal treatment in their plants with ease and at a reasonable cost. Several national customers, such as CIE Automotive, APRIM and Betsaide, as well as international customers, such as Black & Decker, Dana, VBG and Atlas Copco are already using this solution.
The keys to facilitate inclusion in production are as follows: ease of use and maintenance, even if lacking experience in this technology, constant GH technical support and a reasonable investment thanks to the compact and standard design of the machines.
Presence in Biemh
In the Biemh trade show, held from 28 May to 1 June, GH Induction will present this solution in Stand H-46 of Pavilion 4 along with other innovations such as induction generators for silicon carbide and its exclusive additive manufacture (3D printing) of inductors.
GH Induction has been in the worldwide market for over 55 years and continues to make a difference with its innovative solutions.
