Milling tool 3194 combines different parameters to give a unique geometry to the machining of any kind of stainless steel and alloys resistant to high temperatures, such as titanium and nickel alloys, with maximum productivity.

In terms of detail, the main characteristics are:

•         4 grooves with variable 40º-42º propeller which gives maximum stability to prevent vibrations and provides an optimal surface finish.
•         Very tight tolerances in cut and handle for greater precision.
•         AICr coating resistant to higher temperatures for optimal handling of stainless steel, titanium and nickel alloys.
•         45º bevelled edges to reinforce the cutting edge of the milling tool, increase its useful life and, at the same time, improve the adherence of the surface coating.
