24 February, 2025Goizper Group, the Basque cooperative with an international presence, has announced the appointment of Iñaki Madina as its new CEO. In this role, Madina will oversee the company’s three business units (Industrial, Spraying, and Biotechnology) and manage its 15 international subsidiaries, with the goal of driving growth and strengthening the company’s position in both domestic and global markets.
With over 25 years of experience across various industries, Madina has held key leadership roles throughout his career. His appointment marks a significant transition within the organization, succeeding Javier Garmendia, who is set to retire after 36 years of dedicated service to Goizper’s growth.
As CEO, Madina will be responsible for enhancing market strategies and fostering the development of each business unit within the group. Leading a team of more than 400 professionals, his main objective will be to establish a scalable and sustainable business model, ensuring profitability across the company’s subsidiaries, which operate on five continents.
