IZAR, SME OF THE YEAR IN BIZKAIA

Last week, IZAR was presented with the 2021 Bizkaia SME of the Year Award by Banco Santander, the Bizkaia Chamber of Commerce, the Vocento Group and the Bizkaia City Council.

The Amorebieta-based manufacturer is honoured to receive this award, which recognises the efforts of the entire team at IZAR to successfully overcome the difficulties arising from the current Covid situation. In a statement, the company said, “receiving this award within this context multiplies our pride in the challenges we have met”.

At the award ceremony, held in Bilbao on Thursday, 8 July, IZAR shared its good practices first-hand with the other recipients of the different honourable mentions and the leading cutting tool manufacturer would like to congratulate the staff of Anivi Ingenieria S.L., Industrias Lebario S.L., Krilinex Power Solutions S.L., Egoin S.L. and Riam Intelearning Lab S.L. for their success stories.

IZAR affirms it will continue to invest and innovate, opening up employment and educational opportunities, collaborating sustainably with the environment and committing to growth, in the hopes of being in a position to merit the national award next year.
