LAIP AT EMO 2017 (HALL 5, STAND G24)

On his 60 th. Anniversary, LAIP presents in the new edition from EMO 2017 , Hall 5 stand G24, the latest innovation in mechanical, hydraulic and thermal toolholding systems.

Above all, LAIP wishes to highlight the addition of the series BT 30 Dual Contact range of products in toolholding, as well as the new series of very high performance collet chuck holders from the Zentrolaip Series, in HSK E 40  and BT 30 Dual Contact  taper which extend his already well known systems of clamping systems
with the following main characteristics:

High-precision, high speed collet chucks

The new high-precision collet chuck achieves greater accuracy over traditional ER chucks:

ZentroLaip: 3 µ

Characteristics:
- Set:  ZentroLaip + Notch free nut.
- This type of collet chucks generate Less unbalance because all components are highly balanced.
- 50% more clamping force compared to standard ER chucks.
- Damping capacity.
- Easy lock / unlock nut with a bearing wrench.
- High flexibility for tool shanks 3 to 20mm.

Advantage:
- ≤ 3 microns run out.
- Because of vibration reduction, improves surface finish and extends the tool life.
- Suitable for milling hard materials.
