MADAULA AT THE #BIEMH2018 – HALL 3, STAND E-41

During this 30th edition of the International Machine-Tool Exhibition (BIEMH 2018) Madaula will present the development of automatic C-Axis offset head.

Madaula has developed a two-axis engine driven offset head with continuous automatic rotation. This head provides rigidity and precision in specific machining works.

It is designed for machining inside a 660 diam.hole and radially extended to reach difficult areas and to achieve a 730mm working diameter.

• ±360° C1-Axis Adjustment
• ±360° C2-Axis Adjustment
• ISO-50 Big Plus Output
• Power: Up to 20 kW
• Torque: Up to 800 Nm
• Automatic positioning by machine spindle in C1-Axis
• Positioning by servo-motor and precision enconder in C2-Axis
• Hydraulic tool clamping

Options:

• High pressure coolant through (80 bar) with ON/OFF automatic rotary joint.
• Alternative outputs:  HSK / Capto C6-C8
