METROMEET, ORGANISED BY TRIMEK - INNOVALIA METROLOGY, CALLS THE MAJOR PLAYERS OF THE EVOLUTION TOWARDS INDUSTRY 4.0

In the month of July last, Metromeet, International Conference in Dimensional Metrology, opened the call for papers for its 14th conference, which will take place in Bilbao on 21, 22 and 23 March 2018.

Over these days, the major international leaders of the industrial sector will share how to optimise production processes, how to produce with zero defects and how to take the leap to Industry 4.0. Metromeet thus converts Bilbao into an international technological meeting point and gives the Basque Country companies the chance to discover and share technologies and applications that pursue continuous improvement in cycle times.

The call for papers was closed last 17 November 2017. The online open call for papers gives different professionals of the sector the opportunity to take a stand as major players in the move towards Industry 4.0, as experts in their sector. It also offers them the perfect setting to get to know, negotiate and discover the most cutting-edge and innovative technologies.

Presenting a paper also offers an excellent opportunity to establish direct contact with directors and top executives from companies in the metrology sector. Apart from being a unique event, you can extend your business network and establish relations with possible customers, from the privileged position of being recognised as an expert in a specific area or speciality within the dimensional industrial metrology. The Metromeet International Technical Committee will especially value papers on real experiences, methods and innovative application technologies applicable in the real industry.
