NIDEC ARISA TO PRESENT INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS AT BIEMH FAIR IN BILBAO

Nidec Arisa is gearing up to shine at the upcoming edition of the Biennial International Machine-Tool Exhibition (BIEMH) in Bilbao, with a showcase of its advanced manufacturing solutions and services. This event will mark a key opportunity for Arisa to demonstrate its dominant position in the comprehensive production systems market, combining resources and experience in the metal forming industry.

Arisa innovations at BIEMH

Arisa plans to present the family of GS2 servo presses and the family of GM2 mechanical presses at BIEMH. The GS2 presses, with capacities of between 3,150 and 8,000 kN, stand out for their servo technology, performance and flexibility. On the other hand the GM2 presses, with capacities of between 4,000 and 8,000 kN, offer standard configurations that allow fast adaptation to the market needs and reduce delivery times, while keeping prices competitive.

Furthermore, Arisa's solutions include a highly dynamic transfer system and customised global production control (GPC), which allows a complete manufacturing system to be operated from a single panel.

High Speed Capacities of Nidec SYS and Nidec Kyori

The high-speed manufacturing capabilities of Nidec SYS and Nidec Kyori will also feature prominently at the show. With a new manufacturing plant under construction in Grafenau, Germany, SYS specialises in machinery and automation technology for high-speed metal forming. Its products include servo-drives, automation machinery and controls integrated with advanced production management and monitoring software.

SYS offers complete reconditioning services for high-speed presses, upgrading machines to the latest technologies and capabilities. In collaboration with Kyori, SYS has designed some of the fastest metal stamping systems in Europe, which will be highlighted at the BIEMH along with Kyori's advanced drives and controls.
