08 April, 2025Schaeffler is taking part in Advanced Factories 2025, from April 8 to 10 at Fira de Barcelona, showcasing its latest solutions in automation, smart maintenance, and energy efficiency. At stand 4D485, the company presents its technological offering to help transform industrial plants into more sustainable, connected, and efficient environments.
In addition, it participates in the Industry 4.0 Congress, where Javier Martínez, industrial maintenance expert, will speak on April 10 in a round table about the challenges of prescriptive maintenance.
Among the highlights is the Lifetime Solutions portfolio, which helps anticipate over 70% of industrial failures through the use of artificial intelligence, sensors, and advanced monitoring systems. Products such as ECO-Adapt, PredictAdapt, and Power-Adapt provide insights into energy consumption and the condition of electrical and mechanical components.
Schaeffler also presents its EMA Ewellix actuators, capable of lifting up to 15 tons with high precision and energy efficiency. Alongside these, Slidekits and Liftkits expand the range of cobots and autonomous mobile robots, while floor-lock actuators allow mobile platforms to be safely secured in place.
Through this participation, Schaeffler reinforces its role as a key player in industrial automation, aligning its developments with the event’s theme: “Redefining Automation with GreenTech” and reaffirming its commitment to a more sustainable industry.
