The CSP series leveling chocks are adjustable elements made of C45 steel and/or iron, used for shaft alignment and machine installation. They are very useful for use in power supplies, compressors, turbines and pumps avoiding common alignment problems. They can reduce element alignment and leveling time by more than 50%, avoiding the use of shims.
In addition, Scuder has also developed a special triple wiper guide that is made up of a pack made up of a special polyurethane double scraper, stainless steel plates and an intermediate POM skid. The new guide cleaner provides greater protection to linear guides and machinery shafts exposed to a large amount of fine chips and cast iron dust that can cause serious damage to machines.
