SCUDER TO PRESENT NEW CLA14/25 NON SLIP TREADABLE BLINDS AT BIEMH 2024

Scuder, a benchmark in pit-cover solutions, presents its latest innovation at the 2024 Biennial International Machine-Tool Exhibition (BIEMH) in Bilbao. Visitors will be able to find Scuder in Pavilion 1, Stand G-05, where it will be showcasing its new CLA14/25 NON SLIP treadable pit-cover blinds, designed to offer exceptional safety and resistance in a variety of industrial applications.

•  Non-slip design: Scuder's CLA non-slip blinds were developed to provide a safe and long-lasting solution for pit covering. Its ribbed surface guarantees excellent grip, preventing slips and improving safety in the workplace. The number and arrangement of the ribbed strips c   can be customised depending on the specific application and environment in which they will be used.
•  Proven resistance: These blinds have undergone rigorous load testing by Tecnalia, showing an exceptional resistance of up to 4500 kg. This load capacity ensures its reliability in high-demand situations.
•  High quality materials: The blinds are manufactured in special 0.25 micra reinforced, tempered and anodised aluminium, which means they are highly durable and rust resistant. In addition, they can withstand temperatures of up to 300ºC, making them suitable for demanding industrial settings.
•  Ease of maintenance: One of the key advantages of CLA non-slip blinds is how easy they are to repair. They can be repaired without needed to fully disassemble them, which makes maintenance processes easier and shortens downtime.
•  Versatility of sizes and options: The blinds come in two sizes: CLA-14 and CLA-25, making them adaptable to different requirements and dimensions. In addition, Scuder offers the option to supply based on the client’s plans, which includes offering support guides and options for spring-loaded or motorised reel drums, bringing huge flexibility for an array of applications.
