After hitting and surpassing budget figures in 2021 and launching an ambitious strategic plan for the next three years, TDG has begun 2022 with 50% more incoming orders than budgeted for the first four months of the year.
To achieve this, its sales team has leaned on different international markets, such as the US, Italy, Sweden, Taiwan or Korea and significant growth among domestic machinery manufacturers, among whom TDG has become the benchmark plate manufacturer, particularly in large, value-added projects.
Large projects in particular have been the key to achieving this positive result, with several customised clamping solutions in sizes of up to 3 metres in diameter and mainly geared towards heavy industrial projects and, particularly, the wind and energy sectors.
Automatic plates have also grown significantly, which is precisely thanks to an order for several special automatic plates for the railway sector, which led to one million euros being taken in during the month of April alone.
Based on all of this, and forecasting that the momentum will be sustained during the coming months, TDG is taking on the challenge of exceeding 6 million euros in incoming orders.
