After a successful 2021, TDG Clamping Solutions has not only reached the turnover and incoming order targets set out in its 2022-2024 strategic plan, it has far surpassed them, closing out 2022 with orders valued at over 6.5 million euros secured.
This figure of 6.5 million euros represents a 34% increase on the prior year's results, far outperforming the 5.8 million budgeted.
Part of the success of the hundred-year-old company during 2022 was made possible thanks to the huge diversification of products and markets, with sales to over 40 countries, and in sectors as technically demanding as wind power, railway or the oil industry.
In addition to its sales of increasingly large plates and increasingly customised solutions, TDG has secured significant special projects in Italy, Korea and Nordic countries for complex high value-added solutions.
It has also secured the first order for the product Smartchuck, TDG’s latest technical development, presented at BIEHM and AMB Stuttgart, which has excellent future prospects.
The success achieved in attracting orders has enabled TDG to kick off the year with a record amount of orders, over 3 million euros, most of which are to be delivered throughout the first quarter of the new year. TDG looks ahead with added excitement thanks to the start-up of the new machine Mazak VORTEX i-630V with Palletech, which will allow for exponential growth in productivity and a reduction in manufacturing costs.
All this in the year in which TDG has received the Sisteplant award for operating excellence, raising excitement about what 2023 holds to the highest heights.
