The main news within the dot peen, scribing and laser technologies are focused in the models that can be integrated into production lines. Marking units that offer a maximum speed of marking in minimum dimensions, silent and compact.
New generation of dot peen and scribing machines: All machines are easily integrated into production lines, with maximum reliability and speed of marking for all types of materials and hardness up to 62HRC.
Another new is the incorporation of two-color LED which provides constant visual information on the state of the machine. We can not forget the great robustness and long life of the units, given the optimal quality of its components. We also incorporate the circular connector that facilitates its assembly and disassembly.
Laser: Fully autonomous Stand_Alone working mode along with simple file transfer via USB and user-friendly intuitive software are advantages of the New COUTHlaser marking unit .
The control unit COUTHsmartbox: is the most modern on the market for the control of COUTH dot peen and scribing marking units. It oofers an optional user interface (HMI), interchangeable and removable, available as Keypad 7 "and integrated keyboard or touchscreen 10" touch color screen.
a15-20% increase in power in the COUTHsmartbox control allows a greater depth of marking and/or greater speed in the scribing machines due to more advanced electronics.
COUTHsmartbox, allows remote access for technical assistance as well as a connection for the main industrial buses (Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet / IP, etc ...). Its autonomous control system does not require a PC to operate and provides the reception in PLC's of diagnostics made by this control unit, COUTHsmartbox.
