It will have its own stand to present intelligent and connected manufacturing solutions (Pavilion 4, Stand E49).
Vixion Connected Factory is a leading manufacturer of solutions for Industry 4.0, and it will participate in the 30th Edition of the Machine Tool Biennial (BIEMH), to be held in the BEC from 28 May to 1 June. This technological company - fruit of the alliance between SPYRO Software for Industry and Tecnalia - will demonstrate its new Vixion solution to visitors at the stand.
This is a cloud monitoring system that automatically records and analyses data captured via PLCs in charge of controlling manufacturing machinery. Vixion allows users to observe machine performance by monitoring historical data and to apply predictive maintenance algorithms to keep a step ahead of potential problems and improve machine productivity.
The solution has been successfully implemented in the main manufacturers of machine tools in the Basque Country, such as Zayer, Ibarmia, and Nicolás Correa and will surely become an outstanding application in the Industry 4.0 environment.
Presentation of success stories
Vixion success stories will be presented in the framework of the first edition of BeDIGITAL, a forum dedicated to the digital transformation of the industry, which will be held at the Biennial to deal with the challenge posed by Industry 4.0 in the machine tools industry. This presentation will take place on 30 May at 12:00 a.m. in the Conference Hall of Pavilion 4.
