Integration and automation in one single machine of the pins´ insertion into airbag containers and the brackets´ folding.

• Rotary transfer with 6 workstations.
• Design and manufacturing of special fixtures and tooling.
• Pins and screws automatic feeding by a robot
• AGME Hydraulic press mounted on a slide to insert pins and screws
• Process control by a linear transducer and a load cell
• AGME hydraulic unit to fold the brackets
